I'm using One Note 2010 and I love the "export to PDF" feature. How can I create a hotkey for it or add an icon on my tool bar?

PDF Element Pro could be a best solution. It has got a lot of options with which you can not only just convert Excel to PDF but could do much more. Like you can also create fillable forms, extract multiple invoice date to one single Excel database file etc. Here is an example.

PDF documents can be cumbersome to edit, especially when you need to change the text or sign a form. However, working with PDFs is made beyond-easy and highly productive with the right tool.

How to Create PDF with minimal effort on your side:

  1. Add the document you want to edit — choose any convenient way to do so.
  2. Type, replace, or delete text anywhere in your PDF.
  3. Improve your text’s clarity by annotating it: add sticky notes, comments, or text blogs; black out or highlight the text.
  4. Add fillable fields (name, date, signature, formulas, etc.) to collect information or signatures from the receiving parties quickly.
  5. Assign each field to a specific recipient and set the filling order as you Create PDF.
  6. Prevent third parties from claiming credit for your document by adding a watermark.
  7. Password-protect your PDF with sensitive information.
  8. Notarize documents online or submit your reports.
  9. Save the completed document in any format you need.

The solution offers a vast space for experiments. Give it a try now and see for yourself. Create PDF with ease and take advantage of the whole suite of editing features.

Create PDF: All You Need to Know

The one downside to OneNote is how messy it can get if you try to work on multiple projects at the same time. It works best when you have one page per task, in which case you can do most of your editing on one page (with a scroll bar if necessary.) So you can have your todo-list page, all your tasks and notes pages in one notebook and then work on the task pages on another notebook or spreadsheet. I usually divide my to-do lists into three sections: a to-do page, a task page and personal notes pages. This way, I can write a list or task of to-do, then move on to another page (to-do) and work on that while I'm working on the personal notes pages. For example: I have a very long list of things to do (over 40 items) and the two tasks page.
