How do I create a PDF file with graphs/charts using Angular 2?

I know it’s an old question, but I figured it makes sense to answer anyway. Warning. shameless product plug below I might be biased here, as I am the Product Owner for a PDF generation library myself, but I think our library is a great option to get going with PDF documents quickly. There are of course a bunch of other solutions on the market, both commercial and open-source, for example, iText, CSharp, PDFSharp, etc. that might work for you as well. With our PDFFlow Library, depending on your knowledge of C# and the complexity of your document, you could get a really well-done PDF done in anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. We just release a fully rewritten version (2.0.1) which makes it even easier (and quicker) for developers to create documents in code, without knowing all the details of PDFs. The library is free for non-commercial and educational use. And even if you need it for commercial use, you don’t pay for a commercial license until you go to prod, so it’s completely free to give it a try and see if you like it and get some results from it. Give it a try at GS PDF Flow and let us know what you think. I am attaching an example of a recently created sample doc (Airplane boarding pass) and a link to an open-source (Apache 2.0) code example you can download and run in minutes. We have a bunch of open-source examples in our github repo, so feel free to use them for your need. Sorry again for a shameless plug, but I think the library would be of good use to developers looking to create business-oriented PDFs efficiently and affordably (or free, if it’s for educational or non-commercial use).

PDF documents can be cumbersome to edit, especially when you need to change the text or sign a form. However, working with PDFs is made beyond-easy and highly productive with the right tool.

How to Create PDF with minimal effort on your side:

  1. Add the document you want to edit — choose any convenient way to do so.
  2. Type, replace, or delete text anywhere in your PDF.
  3. Improve your text’s clarity by annotating it: add sticky notes, comments, or text blogs; black out or highlight the text.
  4. Add fillable fields (name, date, signature, formulas, etc.) to collect information or signatures from the receiving parties quickly.
  5. Assign each field to a specific recipient and set the filling order as you Create PDF.
  6. Prevent third parties from claiming credit for your document by adding a watermark.
  7. Password-protect your PDF with sensitive information.
  8. Notarize documents online or submit your reports.
  9. Save the completed document in any format you need.

The solution offers a vast space for experiments. Give it a try now and see for yourself. Create PDF with ease and take advantage of the whole suite of editing features.

Create PDF: All You Need to Know

We also have an online store in which we sell our library (also with a 99% off code promotion). So if you’t like Flow, you should probably check out GS PDFFlow.com, or at least try it out for yourself, but also, please let us know what you think via a comment or in the comment section below. I hope this clarifies why you should try Flow. Best, P.S. We also released the source for Flow using Apache Version 2.0, with the following license (version 2.0). So feel free to use Flow if you want to, with no need to ask for a license (like the GPL does). So if you like Flow, you should probably also check out GS PDFFlow.com.
