How do I create EPS and PDF files out of Photoshop?
The same as you would any other file. From Photoshop. File > Open > Select Your File From the desktop. Right-Click Your File > Open With > Photoshop If you don't see your AI/EPS file where it’s supposed to be in the file browser, make sure your search filter isn’t excluding AI/EPS file types (this filter should be in the bottom right of the file browser). Upon opening an AI or EPS file, an import window will pop up that looks like this. If your project contains color (or will contain color), make sure the “mode” setting in the Import window is set to a mode that accepts color, like RGB (otherwise your photoshop project wont allow color). Click “OK” and your AI/EPS file will be imported and rasterized as a PDF file that can now be edited in Photoshop.

Create PDF: All You Need to Know
From GIMP Click “File>Save As’to save your graphic as a GIPME.go file that can be edited. If you prefer to edit in Adobe Photoshop, click here to continue. Click on your AI/EPS file from the File Finder's “File > Open With…” menu. Select the “Photoshop” program that your AI file was created in. If your AI is an EPS file, select Photoshop for Photoshop (see screenshot to the left). If your AI is a PNG file, select the “PNG” program that your AI file was created in. Click the OK button.
