So, let's try that. After making a blank page (with a small white box inside) and adding the pages to it. Copy the first PDF page. If it's not a blank page, select it using Ctrl + C (Command + C means Copy), to paste it in HTML view. Now select another PDF page. Select some pages. Click one more for the second selection.
